After completing the tests on physical abilities, write a project/report assessing your overall fitness level. Here you have some sentences to help you:

TIGHT HAMSTRINGS MUSCLES



You have tight hamstrings muscles when your hamstrings are too contracted and short. They can cause back pain and knee pain.

What causes tight hamstrings?
Not stretching before physical activity, sitting for long periods of time (everyday), or simply genetics.


How can we prevent/treat tight hamstrings?
The most effective way of treating tight hmanstrings is regular stretching. The flexibility of your hamstrings and lower back muscles is the key.

Do you have tight hamstrings?
You have tight hamstrings if your sit and reach test result is "poor"

NET BALL GAME

2. Make a poster with the initials of your position to hang on your bib (use a white sheet)
3. Study the areas where you can move, (your position). You have to be able to explain it to your class mates.

G.S. Goal Shooter can move anywhere within the attacking third of the court
G.A. Goal Attack can move anywhere within the attacking third and the center third of the court
W.A. Wing Attack can move within the attacking third and the center third, with the exception of the shooting circle
C. Center can move anywhere across the court, apart from the shooting circles
W.D. Wing Defense can move within the center third and the defensive third, with the exception of the shooting circle
G.D. Goal Defense can move anywhere within the center third and the attacking third of the court
G.K. Goal Keeper can move anywhere within the defensive third of the court, but cannot leave it.

Basic rules:
- Only the Goal Shooter and Goal Attack of a team are allowed to score directly, from inside the shooting circle
- A player cannot walk with the ball in their hands
- A player may only hold the ball for three seconds
- Contact is prohibited. A defender player must be at least 3 feet away from the opponent with the ball
- A player cannot make a pass from a goal third to the other.
